Beabie loves happy customers, so if you are unsatisfied with our product, we are here to help.

Please e-mail us to request a return within 7 days after receiving your package.

Returning shipments of unwanted merchandise are at the customer’s expense.


Return Policy

Return steps

  1. Request the return with a valid reason through e-mail within 7 days after receiving your package . (IMPORTANT: Returns sent to us without prior notification through e-mail can not be processed.)
  2. Provide your order number and list of items you will be returning in the e-mail. Make sure the products are eligible for return. We will not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, stained or scented. Items must have tags and labels still intact to be accepted for returns or exchanges. Beabie reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above. 
  3. We will go over your order and return request, then send you a confirmation e-mail to send back the items to us.
  4. Return the unwanted product(s) in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of stains with all original tags attached and in their original packaging*
  5. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. If you have a tracking number for the package, please let us know.
  6. We will refund you the returned item(s) with the method of your original purchase within 7 days of receiving the package at our office. 

Please note the original shipping fee will be deducted if your net purchase amount after returning the items is less than the minimum free shipping requirement

*If one of these conditions is not respected, please contact our customer service before returning the product(s) and wait for our reply. If we notice that there is an issue with the returned product(s) and you did not inform us beforehand, you will not be refunded for the wanted product.



Damaged/ Wrong Item(s) Return

Please contact our Customer Service Team before any action is made, along with evidential documents to show its defect. To speed up the process, please email us with your order number / the name of the product / pictures of the barcode(s) / pictures of the item where we can clearly see the issue.

An item can be deemed defective for one of the following reasons:

  • Wrong item: you received another product, a wrong color option or a wrong size
  • Defective / damaged: the product was damaged or missing a part.
  • Wrong info: the information displayed on the website regarding the product was incorrect when you placed the order

The claim will be accepted if:

  1. The item is unworn and unwashed
  2. Different than what was ordered (item, color, texture, quality or overall look)
  3. Notified us within 7 days of receiving your package
  4. Original tag(s), wrapping(s) or box(es) are intact.

Disclaimer: for claims regarding colors, please note that the colors can vary depending on the lighting during the photoshooting or on the settings of your screen. Only obvious color differences will be accepted and will be left to the agent’s appreciation. For claims regarding sizing, only differences of over 3cm between the received clothes and the size chart will be accepted.
